Who's behind Momentum Worx?
I rebuilt myself through fitness, then got certified to understand why good intentions so often collapse under pressure.
Before coaching, I spent twelve years as a professional chef and twenty years in tech, much of it at commercial director level. I understand food from the kitchen side, and I understand the pressure of senior roles, family commitments, and weeks where nothing in the calendar is optional.
Fitness was the thing that held when other things didn’t. That’s the work I want to do now.
